中国政府奖学金“高水平研究生”项目按照“个人申请院校推荐、专家评审、择优录取”的原则,选拔录取具有优秀学科背景、突出专业能力及未来发展潜力的国际学生。中国政府奖学金申请人可下载附件查看申请条件、材料和流程并登录留学中国 http://www.campuschina.org网站进行留学项目申请。河南工业大学将充分发挥学科优势,遴选和招收优秀的国际青年学生攻读我校研究生学位, 培养高水平国际人才。

一、奖学金内容

1.免交学费;

2.提供免费校内住宿;

3.提供生活费;

4.提供来华留学生综合医疗保险。

二、申请截止时间

申请截止时间为2026年2月28日。

三、申请条件

1.非中国籍公民,身心健康。

2.年龄、学历、语言要求:

●申请攻读硕士学位者,应当具有学士学位或同等学历,学习成绩优秀,年龄一般不超过 35 周岁;

●申请攻读博士学位者,应当具有硕士学位或同等学历,学习成绩优秀,年龄一般不超过 40 周岁;

●申请以中文为授课语言的学科、专业时,申请人的中文能力应达到《国际汉语能力标准》四级水平(含)以上。申请以英语为授课语言的专业时,若申请人来自于英语为母语或英语为官方语言的国家,可免试英语;其他情况下,申请人的英语须达到托福成绩72分(含)以上或雅思成绩5.5分(含)以上水平。

●申请人应当同时符合所申请学校在学术能力、语言能力及其它相关方面的入学要求。

四、申请材料

1.《中国政府奖学金申请表》(中文或英文填写)。

2.护照首页。如现持有护照有效期不符合要求(护照有效期应晚于 2027年9月),请及时换发新护照。

3.申请人须提交最高学历证明或预毕业证明(须经公证)、前一阶段学习成绩单、语言水平证明、来华学习或研究计划、导师推荐信、外国人体格检查表、无犯罪记录等材料;

4.有效期内的《外国人体格检查表》

5.有效期内的无犯罪记录证明。

6.预录取材料。

(1)导师邀请函。正式邀请信应使用中方院校专用信纸打印,由国内高校国际学生招生录取有关部门出具,须加盖公章。

(2)入学通知/邀请信中应包含以下内容(中/英文)

a.申请人基本信息:申请人姓名、国籍、出生日期、上一学历院校名称等;

b.来华学习身份:硕士研究生/博士研究生;

c.预计来华时间:应明确起止年月,入学时间应不早于 2026 年 9 月;

d.申请人中国高校导师(如有)信息;

e.申请人来华学习/研究工作描述;

f.授课语言(中文或外文);

g.如为导师出具的邀请信,须有国际学生招生部门负责人签字与联系方式,并加盖公章;

7.来华学习计划。应提交中/英文学习计划(1000 字以上),博士研究生须由中方导师签字,学习计划只可以用中文或者英文书写。

8.推荐信。提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信,内容应重点包含对申请人来华学习目标要求,中方院校或者中方导师与国外导师的合作情况或者校际交流情况,以及对学生综合能力,未来发展的评价,只可用中文或英文书写。

注意:通过系统上传的材料须清晰、真实、有效。建议申请人使用专业设备扫描需提交的有关文件,因材料不清晰或无法可识别造成的后果由申请人承担。

五、申请流程

第一步:网上申请

申请人仅需要在2026年2月28日之前在中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统(https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn,留学项目种类:B类; 受理机构编码:10463)中注册账户,准确填报个人资料信息,并上传符合要求的文件资料,点击"提交"完成线上申请。申请人应确保网上所提交材料与原件一致。申请材料齐全将优先进入下一轮审核环节。

第二步:河南工业大学国际教育学院初审

国际教育学院依据招生要求,对申请资格进行逐项审核,重点审核学历背景、语言水平、身份资格、健康状况等,并商请教学培养单位复审。

第三步:河南工业大学教学培养单位复审

教学培养单位组织专家复审,重点审查申请人学习成绩、科研能力、语言水平、学术背景、综合素质及发展潜力,择优进行远程面试或笔试,并将结果反馈给国际教育学院。

第四步:向国家留学基金委推荐人选

学校向国家留学基金委上报推荐名单。

第五步:国家留学基金委组织专家终审

国家留学基金委组织相关学科专家对申请人的学业成绩、综合素质、发展潜力等方面进行终审,并择优录取。

第六步:通知学生录取结果

Admission Brochure for the 2026/2027 Academic Year China Government Scholarship "High-Level Graduate" Program of Henan University of Technology

The Chinese Government Scholarship "High-Level Postgraduate" program selects and admits international students with outstanding academic backgrounds, exceptional professional abilities, and high potential for future development, following the principle of "individual application, university recommendation, expert review, and merit-based admission." Applicants for the Chinese Government Scholarship can download the attached documents to review the application requirements, materials, and procedures, and log in to the Study in China website (http://www.campuschina.org) to submit their applications.

Henan University of Technology will leverage its disciplinary strengths to select and enroll outstanding international young students for postgraduate studies, cultivating high-level international talents.

Scholarship Details

1. Exemption from tuition fees;

2. Provide free on-campus accommodation;

3. Provide living expenses;

4.Provide comprehensive medical insurance for international students studying in China.

Application Deadline

The application deadline is February 28, 2026.

Application Requirements

1. Non-Chinese citizens who are in good physical and mental health.

2. Age, Education, and Language Requirements:

Applicants for a master's degree must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent, demonstrate outstanding academic performance, and generally not exceed the age of 35;

Applicants for doctoral studies must hold a master's degree or equivalent, have outstanding academic performance, and generally not exceed the age of 40;

When applying for disciplines or majors taught in Chinese, the applicant's Chinese proficiency must meet or exceed Level 4 of the "International Chinese Proficiency Standard." For programs taught in English, applicants from countries where English is the native language or an official language may be exempt from the English proficiency test. In all other cases, the applicant's English proficiency must achieve a TOEFL score of 72 or higher or an IELTS score of 5.5 or higher.

Applicants must meet the admission requirements of the institution they are applying to in terms of academic ability, language proficiency, and other relevant aspects.

Application Materials

1. "Application Form for the Chinese Government Scholarship" (filled out in Chinese or English).

2. First page of the passport. If the current passport does not meet the validity requirements (the passport must remain valid until after September 2027), please apply for a new passport promptly.

3. Applicants must submit proof of highest academic degree or pre-graduation certificate (notarized), transcripts from the previous academic stage, language proficiency certificates, study or research plan in China, recommendation letters from supervisors, health examination forms for foreigners, and criminal record certificates;

4. A valid "Physical Examination Form for Foreigners"

5. A criminal record certificate valid within its expiration period.

6. Pre-admission materials.

(1) Invitation Letter from Supervisor. The formal invitation letter must be printed on official letterhead of the Chinese institution, issued by the relevant department of international student admissions and enrollment at the domestic university, and bear the official seal.

(2) The admission notice/invitation letter should include the following content (in Chinese/English)

a. Basic information of the applicant: applicant's name, nationality, date of birth, name of the previous educational institution, etc;

b. Studying status in China: Master's/Doctoral student;

c. Expected arrival time in China: The start and end dates should be specified, and the enrollment time should not be earlier than September 2026;

d. Information on the applicant's Chinese university advisor (if any);

e. Description of the applicant's study/research work in China;

f. Teaching language (Chinese or foreign);

g. If an invitation letter is issued for a supervisor, it must be signed and contacted by the head of the international student admissions department, and stamped with an official seal;

7. Study Plan in China. A Chinese/English study plan (over 1000 words) should be submitted, and doctoral students must have their Chinese supervisor sign it. The study plan can only be written in Chinese or English.

8. Recommendation letter. Submit recommendation letters from two professors or associate professors, with a focus on the requirements for the applicant's study objectives in China, the cooperation or intercollegiate exchanges between Chinese universities or Chinese supervisors and foreign supervisors, as well as evaluations of the student's comprehensive abilities and future development. The letters should only be written in Chinese or English.

Attention: Materials uploaded through the system must be clear, authentic, and valid. It is recommended that the applicant use professional equipment to scan the relevant documents that need to be submitted. The consequences caused by unclear or unidentifiable materials shall be borne by the applicant.

Application process

Step 1: Online application

Applicants only need to apply for the Chinese Government Scholarship to study in China through the System(https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn)before February 28, 2026 , Type of study abroad program: Class B; Register an account in the institution code: 10463, accurately fill in personal information, and upload the required documents. Click "Submit" to complete the online application. The applicant should ensure that the materials submitted online are consistent with the original documents. If the application materials are complete, priority will be given to entering the next round of review.

Step 2: Preliminary review by the School of International Education, Henan University of Technology

The International Education College conducts a detailed review of application qualifications based on enrollment requirements, with a focus on academic background, language proficiency, identity qualifications, health status, etc., and requests the teaching and training unit to conduct a re examination.

Step 3: Review of Teaching and Training Units at Henan University of Technology

The teaching and training unit organizes expert review, focusing on the applicant's academic performance, research ability, language proficiency, academic background, comprehensive quality, and development potential. Candidates are selected for remote interviews or written tests, and the results are fed back to the International Education College.

Step 4: Recommend candidates to the China Scholarship Council

The school reports the recommended list to the China Scholarship Council.

Step 5: The China Scholarship Council organizes experts for final review

The China Scholarship Council organizes relevant subject experts to conduct a final review of the applicant's academic performance, comprehensive quality, development potential, and other aspects, and select the best candidates for admission.
