Government Scholarship students
一、申请资格Eligibility
1.申请人须为非中国国籍公民，持有效外国护照,品行端正，遵守中国政府的法律、法规和学校的规章制度。The applicant must be a non-Chinese national holding a valid foreign passport. Applicants should abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and the rules and regulations of the university.
2.申请攻读博士学位研究生须具有学士学位及硕士学位，年龄一般在40岁以下，要求所学专业为食品科学与工程、土木工程、机械工程等相关专业。The requirements for applicants’ degree and age are that applicants must be a bachelor’s degree holder and master’s degree holder who majoring in food science and engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, etc under the age of 40 when applying for the doctoral programs.
3.申请人身体健康，符合中国高等院校体检标准。The applicant is in good health and meets the physical examination standards of Chinese institutions of higher Education.
4.已在中国留学的学生不得申请此项目。Applicants who arealready studying in China are not allowed to apply for this program.
5.申请人不得同时申报两个或两个以上的学校。Applicants are not allowed to apply for two or more schools at the same time.
6.申请人需提交以下申请材料：Applicants should submit the following application materials:
本科生：Bachelor
1、护照扫描件Photocopy of Your Passport
2、申请人在读学习证明、学历证明、成绩Certificate of Degree And Transcript.
3、健康体检证明（6个月有效期）、血液检查报告单原件（Certificate of Physical
Examination（valid for 6 months）、Blood test report form (original)
4、无犯罪纪录证明（6个月有效期）No Criminal Record Certificate（valid for 6 months）
5、河南工业大学外国学生入学申请表Application Form for International Students
6、中国政府奖学金申请表Chinese Government Scholarship Application form
7、在我校的学习计划，不少于600字Study Plan（No less than 600 words）
8、语言能力证明Certification of Language (Chinese)
9、经济担保书（非必要）Financial Guarantee（Not necessary）
10、年龄不超过25周岁Under the age of 25
研究生：Master
1、护照扫描件Photocopy of Your Passport
2、申请人在读学习证明、学历证明，成绩单Certificate of Degree And Transcript
3、健康体检证明（6个月有效期）、血液检查报告单原件（Certificate of Physical Examination（valid for 6 months）、Blood test report form (original)
4、无犯罪纪录证明（6个月有效期）No Criminal Record Certificate（valid for 6 months）
5、河南工业大学外国学生入学申请表Application Form for International Students
6、中国政府奖学金申请表Chinese Government Scholarship Application form
7、在我校的学习计划，800字以上Study Plan（800 words or more）
8、两份导师推荐信Two Recommendation Letters
9、语言能力证明Certification of Language (Chinese)
10、经济担保书（非必要）Financial Guarantee（Not necessary）
11、年龄不超过35周岁Under the age of 35
博士生：PHD
1、护照扫描件Photocopy of Your Passport
2、申请人在读学习证明、学历证明，成绩单Certificate of Degree And Transcript
3、健康体检证明（6个月有效期）、血液检查报告单原件Certificate of Physical Examination（valid for 6 months）、Blood test report form (original)
4、无犯罪纪录证明（6个月有效期）No Criminal Record Certificate（valid for 6 months）
5、河南工业大学外国学生入学申请表Application Form for International Students
6、中国政府奖学金申请表Chinese Government Scholarship Application form
7、在我校的学习计划，1000字以上Study Plan（1000words or more）
8、两份导师推荐信Two Recommendation Letters
9、语言能力证明Certification of Language (Chinese)
10、经济担保书（非必要）Financial Guarantee（Not necessary）
11、年龄不超过40周岁Under the age of 40
备注：
1.若申请人年龄不满18周岁，须提交经过驻外使领馆认证的在华事务委托书或在华监护人委托书等相关材料。
If the applicant is under the age of 18, he/she shall submit the letter of authorization for affairs in China or the letter of authorization for guardians in China, which has been certified by the Chinese embassy or consulate overseas。
2.提供电子版照片：请将人员照片以护照号码命名；照片参照格式：彩色2寸免冠证件照，白色背景无边框，头部占照片尺寸的2/3，照片尺寸不低于320*240像素，高宽比为4：3，大小为100-500KB，JPG格式；
Provide electronic photos：Please name the photo with your passport number; Reference format: color 2-inch photo, white background without border, the head takes up 2/3 of the size of the photo, the size of the photo is not less than 320*240 pixels, the aspect ratio of 4:3, the size of 100-500KB, JPG format。
二、申请流程
1.申请人登录国家留学基金委来华留学生网上报名信息平台（https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn）进行网上报名。
Please log in Chinese Government Scholarship Information System portal: https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn.
2.申请人登陆系统上传相关申请材料。
After logging in, please upload relevant application materials.
3.经过学校审核后择优录取学生。
After reviewing the application materials, the university will select the excellent students.
4.受理机构向被录取的学生制作录取通知书和中国政府奖学金来华留学生签证申请表（JW201表）。
The accepting institution shall prepare the Admission Notice and Visa Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship Students (Form JW201) to the admitted students.
