材料科学与工程学院材料科学与工程汉语本专业2018年顺利通过工程教育专业认证。本专业培养材料知识宽厚、工程实践能力强,专业技术和研究能力突出,能够在超硬材料与磨料磨具及相关材料领域从事技术研发、工艺设计、生产与经营管理等方面工作,具有社会责任感、科学素养和国际视野的德智体美劳全面发展的高素质人才和行业精英。
电气工程学院电气工程及其自动化英语本专业培养适应社会与经济发展需要,具备创新精神、团队合作能力、国际化视野和社会责任感,能在自动化工程及相关领域胜任嵌入式系统软硬件研究与开发、系统集成、技术服务、工程管理等工作,具备分析和解决自动化嵌入式系统领域复杂工程问题能力的高素质复合型人才。
生物工程学院生物工程汉语本学科2012年“生物学”被评为河南省一级重点学科,2015年参与“粮食产后加工与安全”河南省特色学科群建设。本专业培养具有扎实的生物工程专业知识与技能,具   备产品研发与质量控制、生物加工工艺与工程化设计等能力;能够在生物化工、 发酵食品、生物医药、环境保护等生物工程及相关领域从事生产、设计、管理、   技术开发、新产品研发与推广等工作;具有国际视野、人文素养与社会责任感;富有创新精神和实践能力的高素质应用型工程技术人才。
制药工程汉语本专业培养掌握制药工程相关的专业知识与技能,具备药品生产工艺与工程设计能力,能够在现代制药工程(尤其是生物药物)领域,胜任药品生产、质量控制、技术开发、产品推广、项目管理等工作,具有人文和科学素养、历史和社会责任感、创新意识和国际视野的高素质专业人才。

环境工程学院环境工程汉语本专业是河南省环境科学与工程一级重点学科。2013年,学院成为河南省“环境污染治理与生态修复”协同创新中心的核心成员单位,建有河南省“环境污染修复与粮食质量安全国际联合实验室”。2019年本专业在河南省率先通过中国工程教育专业认证,进入全球工程教育“第一方阵”,2020年环境工程专业获批河南省一流专业建设点和国家级一流专业建设点。本专业致力于培养具有可持续发展理念,掌握自然科学基础知识、工程科学基础理论与环境工程专业知识,富有历史使命感和社会责任感,具有国际视野、科学素养、较强的创新意识和实践能力,能在环境污染控制与修复领域从事规划、设计、管理和研究开发等工作的高素质人才。

机电工程学院过程装备与控制工程英语本专业培养的学生应具备机械工程与粮油工程领域所需自然科学基础知识、工程技术基础理论及粮油工程过程装备的设计制造与自动控制专业   知识和实践能力。培养学生能够与团队合作,能胜任从事粮油工程过程装备的新产品开发、机械设计、机械制造、生产管理、销售及售后服务等方面工作,能成为合格的机械工程、粮油工程领域的工程技术人才和管理人才。
材料成型及控制工程英语本专业于2000年被评为国家示范性专业,2020年被评为河南省一流本科建设专业。主要培养具有材料成型与加工基础理论和技术,能够在金属、非金属材料成型技术、模具设计与制造、金属焊接技术及焊接自动化等材料成型加工及其自动化领域内从事设计制造、技术开发、科学研究和生产管理等工作的高级工程技术人才和管理人才。
车辆工程英语本专业2021年被评为河南省一流本科建设专业。本专业培养具备车辆工程专业基础理论知识及应用能力,能够在车辆工程领域内从事设计、制造、科技开发和应用研究、车辆生产管理、车辆检测与维修、车辆营销、车辆安全与评估等方面的工程技术人才和管理、营销人才。
机械设计制造及其自动化英语本专业主要培养具有机械产品设计制造及控制基础理论与工程应用能力,能够在机械设计制造领域内开展设计、制造、科技开发、科学研究、运行管理等工作的现代制造工程和机械电子高级工程技术人才和管理人才。毕业后可从事通用机械设计与制造、智能制造、机电电子工程、机械CAD/CAM集成制造、数控技术、电气控制、快速成形、特种加工等相关工作。主要工作岗位有机械工程师、机械设计师、技术支持工程师、市场开发工程师、销售工程师、设备工程师、工艺工程师等。
智能制造工程英语本专业是立足于国家与区域经济技术发展和机械产业结构升级,响应“中国制造2025”战略,2018年由教育部批准增设的新工科专业,于2020开始招生。本专业培养具有自然科学基础理论和机械、电气、信息等相关专业知识,系统掌握智能制造工程及相关领域的基础理论和基本技能,特别是智能制造工艺与装备、数字化设计与制造、智能生产管理及智能制造系统等关键技术,具有从事智能制造技术与系统的规划设计、科学研究等方面工作能力的复合型工程技术人才。
土木工程学院建筑学汉语本专业培养具有扎实的建筑学专业知识和建筑师职业技能,具有创新意识和创业精神,主要在建筑设计单位、教育和科研机构、管理部门等,从事建筑设计、教学与研究、开发与管理等工作的应用型建筑学专业人才。
土木工程英语土木工程专业以道路、桥梁、地下工程(隧道、地铁、地下厂房等地下建筑物)和工程安全为专业知识背景,结合计算机和实践教学等基本技能训练,主要培养区域、“一带一路”国家基础设施建设需要的,能够从事公路、城市道路、机场工程、桥梁、岩土工程及隧道工程等方向的设计、施工、养护、管理等方面的工程建设、管理及科研研究的具有国际化视野的高级复合型人才。毕业生能从事道路与桥梁工程的设计、施工和管理工作,具有初步的项目规划、管理和研究、开发能力。
理学院应用统计学英语本专业培养具有良好的统计学素养,掌握统计学的基本理论和方法,能熟练地运用计算机分析数据,能在企事业单位和经济管理部门从事统计调查、统计分析和统计管理等工作或在科研、教育部门从事统计研究和教学工作的高级专门人才。
