根据《河南工业大学招收和培养国际学生管理办法》（河工大政外〔2022〕17号）附件1-3《河南工业大学国际学生住宿管理规定》第十六条：“国际学生须遵守公寓门禁时间，不得晚归或夜不归宿”；《河南工业大学学生纪律处分办法》河工大校政学〔2022〕20号（原校政学〔2017〕12号）第二十七条（二）：“在校内居住，未经批准夜不归宿，视情节后果，给予警告或严重警告处分”。

经核查，我校三名国际学生连续两天夜不归宿，经研究决定，给予以下三名国际学生严重警告处分。

Decision on Serious Warning of Disciplinary Offence

According to Article 16 of Annex 1-1 Regulations on the Management of International Students Living in dormitories of Henan University of Technology in the regulation of Henan University of Technology Recruitment and Training of International Students Management Measures (2022) No. 17: “International students shall abide by the apartment access time and shall not return late or stay out at night”. Article 27 (2) of the Henan University of Technology Student Disciplinary Measures (University Political Science (2022) No. 20) (former University Political Science)(2017) No. 12: “Living on campus, student don’t staying at dorm at night without approval will be given warning or serious warning sanctions depending on the consequences of the circumstances”.

After verification, three international students in our school did not return dorm for two consecutive nights without approval. The following three international students were given serious warning punishment after discuss.
