为贯彻落实习近平主席2024年5月6日同法国总统马克龙共同会见记者时宣布的“推动未来3年法国来华留学生突破1万人、欧洲青少年来华交流规模翻一番”(以下简称 “三年1万”“三年翻番”)重大倡议，增进中法、中欧青年交流，促进民心相通，持续增强同各友校的合作，不断提升我校国际化人才培养水平和扩大全球影响力，我校拟开展2024年“中法青年学生暑期文化研学营”项目。

一、项目目标

深化法国青少年与中国河南工业大学的文化交流，搭建友谊的桥梁，增进双方的相互理解和尊重。鼓励学生通过直接交流，传递各自的文化特色和教育理念，推动两国文化教育的交融与发展。

借助河南工业大学优质的教育资源，为学生提供一个实地了解中国高等教育体系、教学方法和科研环境的机会，增加法国学生对中国高等教育的认知。

通过参观中国的历史文化名城、知名企业和科研机构，让越南学生亲身体验中国的历史、文化、经济和社会发展，拓宽他们的国际视野。培养学生的全球意识和跨文化交际能力，为未来的国际交流与合作打下坚实基础。

二、项目内容

本期研学营的主题是“体验工大，感受河南。”参观河南工业大学粮食博物馆和校史馆，了解学校的历史与特色。体验粮油食品（学校特色）烘焙课，亲手制作中国传统食品，感受中国食品的魅力。

汉语课程体验，包括语言学习、文化讲座和互动交流活动，让学生深入了解中国的语言和文化，提高语言应用能力。

研学营项目通过让学员近距离感受五千年华夏文明的魅力，领略中原文化的丰富内涵和博大精深，做到“行走厚重中原，感受美丽中国。”参观龙门石窟、白马寺等著名景点，感受古都洛阳的历史底蕴和文化魅力。游览清明上河园、大相国寺等景点，体验北宋文化的独特魅力，感受中国古代文化的博大精深。前往少林寺，了解中国武术文化，体验少林功夫的精髓，感受中国传统武术的魅力和力量。

三、项目时间

2024年7月15日-7月28日

四、申请对象

1. 20名法国籍青少年学生。如学生年龄在18周岁以下，则需要有监护人书面同意书。

2. 20名河南工业大学学生参加交流活动。

五、关于费用

1. 参加项目的法国籍学员往返郑州的机票等旅费自理；

2. 河南工业大学将承担参加项目的法国籍学员在郑州期间的课程、城际交通及住宿费用；

3. 合作院校如指派带队教师，教师所产生的费用不在本支持计划资助范围内。

六、申报方法

2024年6月30日前，将《河南工业大学国际暑期研学营活动报名表》电子版发至oedu@haut.edu.cn邮箱。学校将组织专家进行评审，确定资助项目及人员。

Notice on Carrying out the "Summer Cultural Research Camp

for Chinese and French Young Students"

To continue to strengthen cooperation with other universities, and continuously improve the level of international talent training and expand the global influence of our university, our university plans to launch the "Sino-French Young Students Summer Cultural Research Camp" project in 2024.

1、 Project objectives

Deepen cultural exchanges between French youth and Henan University of Technology in China, build a bridge of friendship, and enhance mutual understanding and respect between the two sides. Encourage students to communicate their respective cultural characteristics and educational concepts through direct communication, and promote the integration and development of cultural education between the two countries.

By leveraging the high-quality educational resources of Henan University of Technology, we provide students with an opportunity to gain an on-site understanding of China's higher education system, teaching methods, and research environment, thereby increasing French students' understanding of Chinese higher education.

By visiting China's historical and cultural cities, well-known enterprises, and research institutions, Vietnamese students can experience China's history, culture, economy, and social development firsthand, and broaden their international perspective. Cultivate students' global awareness and cross-cultural communication skills, laying a solid foundation for future international exchanges and cooperation.

2、 Project content

The theme of this research camp is "Experience the University of Technology, Experience Henan." Visit the Grain Museum and History Museum of Henan University of Technology to learn about the school's history and characteristics. Experience the baking class of grain, oil and food (school specialty), make traditional Chinese food by hand, and experience the charm of Chinese food.

Chinese language course experience, including language learning, cultural lectures, and interactive communication activities, allows students to have a deep understanding of Chinese language and culture, and improve their language application abilities.

The study camp project allows students to experience the charm of 5000 years of Chinese civilization up close, appreciate the rich connotations and profound nature of Central Plains culture, and achieve the goal of "walking through the thick Central Plains and experiencing beautiful China." Visiting famous attractions such as Longmen Grottoes and Baima Temple, experiencing the historical heritage and cultural charm of the ancient capital Luoyang. Visit scenic spots such as Qingming Shanghe Garden and Daxiangguo Temple, experience the unique charm of Northern Song culture, and feel the vastness and profoundness of ancient Chinese culture. Go to Shaolin Temple, learn about Chinese martial arts culture, experience the essence of Shaolin Kung Fu, and feel the charm and power of traditional Chinese martial arts.

3、 Project Time

July 15th to July 28th, 2024

4、 Application object

1. 20 French adolescent students. If the student is under 18 years old, written consent from the guardian is required.

20 students from Henan University of Technology participated in the exchange activity.

5、 Regarding expenses

1. French students participating in the project will be responsible for their own round-trip airfare and travel expenses to Zhengzhou;

2. Henan University of Technology will bear the cost of courses, intercity transportation, and accommodation for French students participating in the project during their stay in Zhengzhou;

3. If cooperative colleges assign leading teachers, the expenses incurred by the teachers are not within the scope of this support plan.

Before June 30, 2024, send the electronic version of the "Henan University of Technology International Summer Study Camp Activity Registration Form" to oedu@haut.edu.cn Email. The school will organize experts to conduct evaluations and determine the funding projects and personnel.
