以上两名学生在留管老师多次催缴应缴学费、住宿费等欠款的情况下，仍然逾期未完成全部缴费。《河南工业大学国际学生校级奖学金项目管理办法》（河工大政外〔2025〕5号）第十五条明确规定校级奖学金评定具体综合测评等级划分及细则参考《河南工业大学中国政府奖学金年度评审办法》及附件1-1《河南工业大学国际学生中国政府奖学金年度评审综合测评细则》执行。根据《河南工业大学国际学生中国政府奖学金年度评审综合测评细则》第三条：“有下列情况之一者，一经发现，自当学期起取消其奖学金资助资格：（三）未在学校规定时间内缴纳学费、住宿费且多次警告无效者”的规定，经学校领导研究决定，自下一学年起（2026-2027学年）中止以上两名学生的奖学金资助一学年。奖学金中止后，学校将根据学生在此期间的日常表现及学业情况重新评定。

特此通报并即日起公示，公示期3天，即2026年7月14日至16日。

Announcement on Suspending Scholarship Funding for Two International Students

Despite repeated reminders from international student administrators to settle outstanding tuition, accommodation and other fees, the above two students have failed to complete all of payment within the required period.

Article 15 of the Measures for the Administration of Institutional Scholarship Programs for International Students, Henan University of Technology (Document No. HUTZW〔2025〕5) stipulates that the comprehensive evaluation standards and detailed rules for institutional scholarship assessment shall be implemented in accordance with the Annual Review Measures for Chinese Government Scholarship Recipients at Henan University of Technology and Appendix 1-1 Comprehensive Evaluation Rules for the Annual Review of International Students Receiving Chinese Government Scholarships at Henan University of Technology.

Paragraph (3), Article 3 of the aforesaid Comprehensive Evaluation Rules states: "Any student falling under one of the following circumstances shall have their scholarship eligibility revoked starting from the current semester upon verification: (3) Those who fail to pay tuition and accommodation fees within the time limit set by the university and remain non-compliant after multiple warnings."

Upon review and approval by university authorities, it is resolved that scholarship funding for the two students named above shall be suspended for the 2026–2027 academic year. After the suspension period, the university will reassess their scholarship eligibility based on their daily conduct and academic performance during this period.

This announcement is released for public notice starting today for a period of three days, from July 14 to July 16, 2026.
