一、 招生专业及层次
攻读食品科学与工程专业（粮食储藏与加工方向）的优秀硕士研究生及博士研究生。
二、 目标生源国
巴基斯坦、孟加拉、莫桑比克、布基纳法索、坦桑尼亚、刚果（布）、埃塞俄比亚、乌兹别克斯坦等“一带一路”共建国家。
三、 奖学金内容

五、 申请条件
1. 非中国籍公民，身心健康。
2. 年龄、学历、语言要求：
●申请攻读硕士学位者，应当具有学士学位或同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过35周岁；
●申请攻读博士学位者，应当具有硕士学位或同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过40周岁；
●本项目以英语为授课语言，若申请人来自于英语为母语或英语为官方语言的国家，可免试英语；其他情况下，申请人的英语须达到托福成绩72分（含）以上或雅思成绩5.5分（含）以上水平。
●申请人应当同时符合所申请学校在学术能力、语言能力及其它相关方面的入学要求。
六、 申请材料
1. 《中国政府奖学金申请表》（中文或英文填写）。
2. 护照首页。如现持有护照有效期不符合要求（护照有效期应晚于2027年10月），请及时换发新护照。
3. 申请人须提交最高学历证明或预毕业证明（须经公证）、前一阶段学习成绩单、语言水平证明、外国人体格检查表（3个月内有效期）、无犯罪记录（3个月内有效期）等材料。
4. 来华学习计划。应提交中/英文学习计划（1000 字以上），博士研究生须由中方导师签字，学习计划只可以用中文或者英文书写。
5. 推荐信。提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，内容应重点包含对申请人来华学习目标要求，中方院校或者中方导师与国外导师的合作情况或者校际交流情况，以及对学生综合能力，未来发展的评价，只可用中文或英文书写。
注意：通过系统上传的材料须清晰、真实、有效。建议申请人使用专业设备扫描需提交的有关文件，因材料不清晰或无法可识别造成的后果由申请人承担。
七、 申请及录取流程
1. 第一步：网上申请
申请人仅需要在2026年5月20日之前在中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统（https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn，留学项目种类：B类；受理机构编码：10463）中注册账户，准确填报个人资料信息，并上传符合要求的文件资料，点击“提交”完成线上申请。申请人应确保网上所提交材料与原件一致。申请材料齐全将优先进入下一轮审核环节。
2. 第二步：河南工业大学国际教育学院初审
国际教育学院依据招生要求，对申请资格进行逐项审核，重点审核学历背景、语言水平、身份资格、健康状况等，并商请教学培养单位复审。
3. 第三步：河南工业大学教学培养单位复审
教学培养单位组织专家复审，重点审查申请人学习成绩、科研能力、语言水平、学术背景、综合素质及发展潜力，择优进行远程面试或笔试，并将结果反馈给国际教育学院。
4. 第四步：向国家留学基金委推荐人选
学校向国家留学基金委上报推荐名单。
5. 第五步：国家留学基金委组织专家终审
国家留学基金委组织相关学科专家对申请人的学业成绩、综合素质、发展潜力等方面进行终审，并择优录取。
6. 第六步：通知学生录取结果

Silk Road Chinese Government Scholarship 2026/2027 Admission Brochure
The Silk Road Project was launched to advance the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), specifically the “Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road,” as well as the parallel “Belt and Road Education Cooperation Initiative.” Its primary objective is to cultivate industry-leading professionals and highly skilled personnel to support the sustainable development goals of BRI participating countries. Applicants can download the attached documents to review the application requirements, materials, and procedures, and log in to the Study in China website (http://www.campuschina.org) to submit their applications.
Henan University of Technology will leverage its disciplinary strengths to select and enroll outstanding international young students for postgraduate studies, cultivating high-level international talents.

V. Eligibility
1. Non-Chinese citizens, in good physical and mental health.
2. Age, academic and language requirements:
Applicants for a master's degree must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent, demonstrate outstanding academic performance, and generally not exceed the age of 35.
Applicants for doctoral programs must hold a master’s degree or equivalent, with excellent academic performance, and generally under 40 years old.
The program is taught in English. Applicants from countries where English is the native or official language are exempt from English proficiency tests. Others must reach TOEFL ≥72 or IELTS ≥5.5.
Applicants must also meet the university’s admission requirements on academic ability, language proficiency and other relevant criteria.
VI. Application Documents
1. Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form (completed in Chinese or English).
2. Passport photo page. Please renew your passport if its validity expires before October 2027.
3. Notarized highest academic diploma or provisional certificate, official academic transcripts, language proficiency certificate, Foreigner Physical Examination Certificate (valid within 3 months), and non-criminal record certificate (valid within 3 months).
4. Study plan in Chinese or English (more than 1000 words). Doctoral study plan must be signed by the Chinese supervisor.
5. Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors, written in Chinese or English, focusing on the applicant’s study objectives, cooperation between Chinese and foreign supervisors/institutions, and evaluation of comprehensive ability and development potential.
Note: Uploaded documents must be clear, authentic and valid. Scanned files with professional equipment are recommended. The applicant shall be responsible for any consequences caused by unclear or unrecognizable documents.

School of International Education (SIE) reviews qualifications including academic background, language proficiency, identity and health status.
Step 3: Re-review by Academic Schools
Academic schools organize expert reviews, assess academic performance, research capacity and comprehensive quality, and conduct online interviews or written tests.
Step 4: University Nomination to CSC
HAUT submits the recommended list to the China Scholarship Council (CSC).
Step 5: Final Review by CSC
CSC organizes final evaluation and selects qualified applicants.
