2025年暑假将至，为确保留校国际学生度过一个安全、稳定、有序、愉快的假期，切实维护校园和谐稳定，现将暑期留校国际学生安全稳定管理相关工作通知如下：

1.国际学生暑期离校须征得管理老师同意，留校期间服从学校和学院统一安排和管理。

2.不得私自离郑，如有外出计划，须向来华留学生管理科老师报备并征得同意。

3.国际学院须自觉遵守各项学生管理规定及校规校纪，保护好个人自身和财产安全，特别是护照、现金、银行卡、手机、笔记本电脑等贵重物品。离开宿舍时务必锁好门窗。

4.增强安全防范意识，警惕各类电信网络诈骗、网络借贷陷阱，不轻信陌生电话、短信、网络链接，不随意透露个人信息及银行账户信息。

5.严格遵守宿舍及校园消防安全规定，严禁在宿舍内使用任何违章电器。

6.自觉遵守宿舍管理和作息制度，按时归寝；根据《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》第三十九条的规定，学校不允许国际学生在留学生公寓留宿外来人员，一经发现，学校将上报派出所、出入境管理处等部门，相关部门将对违规人员处以警告及2000元以下罚款。

7.提高自我保护意识。外出注意交通安全，遵守交通规则；提高防汛、防溺水防范能力，不到周边危险水域游玩。

8.假期不得参与任何形式的非法打工。

9.注意饮食卫生，尽量在学校食堂或卫生条件良好的餐馆就餐，预防食物中毒。

10.关注天气变化，做好防暑降温（高温）或防雨防涝（台风、暴雨季节）措施。

11.留学生不得在宿舍或校内进行传教等宗教行为。

12.保持良好作息，适度锻炼，增强身体免疫力。

 Notice on Safety and Stability Management for International Students Staying On Campus During the 2025 Summer Vacation

July 4, 2025

With the 2025 summer vacation approaching, to ensure that international students staying on campus enjoy a safe, stable, orderly, and pleasant holiday and to effectively maintain campus harmony and stability, the relevant arrangements for safety management are hereby notified as follows:

1．Prior Approval Required: International students must obtain prior approval from their management supervisor to stay on campus during the summer vacation and comply with all university and school arrangements and regulations.

2．Travel Restrictions: Students shall not leave Zhengzhou without authorization. Any planned outings must be reported in advance to the Overseas Student Management Office for approval.

3．Personal & Property Security: Students must conscientiously abide by all student regulations and university rules, ensuring the safety of their person and property. Valuables (passports, cash, bank cards, mobile phones, laptops, etc.) must be securely stored. Always lock doors and windows when leaving dorm rooms.

4．Fraud Prevention: Maintain heightened vigilance against telecom and online fraud (including loan scams). Do not trust unfamiliar calls, text messages, or links, and never disclose personal or bank account information.

5．Fire Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to dormitory and campus fire safety regulations. The use of any prohibited electrical appliances in dorm rooms is strictly forbidden.

6．Dormitory Regulations: Comply with dormitory management and curfew rules; return to the dormitory on time. Hosting overnight guests in the international student dormitory is prohibited according to Article 39 of China's Exit-Entry Administration Law. Violators will be reported to the local police station and Entry-Exit Administration, and may face warnings or fines up to RMB 2,000.

7．Personal Safety Awareness: Exercise caution when going out: Observe traffic rules. Enhance awareness of flood prevention and water safety; do not visit or play near hazardous bodies of water.

8．Prohibition on Unauthorized Work: Engaging in any form of unauthorized employment during the vacation is strictly prohibited.

9．Food Safety: Ensure dietary hygiene. Dine primarily at university canteens or reputable restaurants to prevent food poisoning.

10．Weather Precautions: Monitor weather forecasts and take appropriate measures for heatstroke prevention (during high temperatures) or flood / water logging prevention (during typhoons/heavy rain).

11．International students are prohibited from engaging in religious activities, such as preaching, within their dormitories or on campus.

12．Health Maintenance: Maintain regular routines, engage in moderate exercise, and strengthen immunity.
